We visited as a walk-in for my daughter to have her nose pierced and had such a positive experience.

Jamie was really welcoming from the moment we arrived and took the time to ask my daughter whether she wanted everything explained before anything was done. Jamie then talked her through the whole process step by step, which really put both her and my mind at ease.

Everything felt calm, professional and reassuring, and Jamie also explained the aftercare really clearly so we knew exactly what to do afterwards.
