We came to get my daughter’s ears pierced for her 9th birthday present. Tamsin who looked after us was brilliant! She explained everything really clearly, listened to my daughter’s concerns and questions and reassured her really calmly and kindly.

I had a tragus piercing done two days ago by Scott, he was really friendly and informative about the piercing. I’ve had it done twice previously and Scott had told me that it had been pierced incorrectly which is why it failed both times. He then placed it differently to how it has been done before and it is perfect. I’ve had no issues, and it looks so much better. Thank you!

Love my conch piercing that I got done on the 27th. The trainee did an excellent job (so sorry can't remember her name, beautiful girl with really short hair and amazing eye lashes 😅) and so did her mentor (also cant remember her name but again she was beautiful and I complemented her amazing pierced ears). The whole experience was so comfortable and they made my son feel welcome too as he came with me. I've had a few piercings from Silver Linings and they never fail. Thankyou ❤️
